The platform holding this collaborative network up will be the partly EU-financed project Art Line; an art-project which will run for three years and which recently got launched during a kick-off workshop on board the Stena Line ferry [...] The most important issue in the start-up phase of the project is, accordning to project leader Torun Ekstrand, to find mutual guidelines and policies on how to work with inter-regional projects of this magnitude. “We will by any chance tear down existing cultural barriers”, says Torun Ekstrand.
